Return Policy

 

NOEVE operates under a Free Zone e-commerce license in the United Arab Emirates.


Because our abayas are unique, handcrafted creations produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:


  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference



Each piece is considered a final sale.


Product Appearance & Sizing


Due to lighting conditions, screen displays, and photography, product colors may appear slightly different in person.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size information carefully before placing an order.


Defective or Incorrect Items


In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


To request a return in such cases, please email noeveae@gmail.com with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem



If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.


Customs Duties & VAT


Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT paid during international shipping are non-refundable, even in the event of an approved return.


Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks


NOEVE reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our policies.


Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute that violates our stated policies may result in the customer being permanently restricted from future purchases. We reserve the right to provide all relevant order information, delivery confirmation, and customer communication to the payment provider to resolve disputes.
