Abaya sizes refer to the approximate garment length and not to standard international clothing sizes.
52 — Recommended height: 150–155 cm | 4'11"–5'1"
54 — Recommended height: 156–160 cm | 5'1"–5'3"
56 — Recommended height: 161–166 cm | 5'3"–5'5"
58 — Recommended height: 167–172 cm | 5'6"–5'8"
60 — Recommended height: 173–180 cm | 5'8"–5'11"

Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the fabric, handmade lace and original shape of your abaya.

NOEVE cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, improper care, accidental damage, normal wear or failure to follow these instructions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
This item is made to order.
Orders from The Final Drop will begin processing from September 23, 2026.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery times then vary depending on destination: 1–3 business days within the UAE and approximately 5–10 business days internationally. All timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel or a refused delivery may be charged to the customer, where permitted by law.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and remain the customer’s responsibility.
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Every NOEVE piece is made after the order is confirmed. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for:
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer
• Minor variations resulting from artisanal production
• Delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Damage caused by wear, improper handling or failure to follow the care instructions
Please review the product description, colour, size guide, estimated delivery period and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once confirmed, an order enters our production process and cannot be modified or cancelled, except where required by applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact NOEVE promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, clear photographs of the item and photographs of the original packaging.
The item must remain unworn, unwashed, unused and complete with its original tags and accessories while the claim is reviewed. NOEVE reserves the right to inspect the item and verify the claim before approving any remedy.
Where a claim is accepted, NOEVE will provide the appropriate repair, replacement or refund required under applicable consumer protection law. No item may be returned without prior written authorisation from NOEVE.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
