By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, or merchants.

This website (NOEVE) is operated by a registered company under a Free Zone e-commerce license in United Arab Emirates.

2. Products & Pre-orders

Most of our products are sold as pre-orders. Estimated delivery times are stated on each product page. Delays may occur depending on production or logistics, and customers will be notified if so.

All items are released in limited editions and may sell out without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), which is the official currency of our store.

  • For convenience, a currency converter is installed on the website to provide approximate equivalents in other currencies selected by the customer.

  • Please note: the converter is for reference only. The final charge to your account will always be processed in AED, and may differ slightly from the converted amount displayed at checkout, depending on your bank or payment provider’s exchange rate and fees.

  • Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe).

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping fees and estimated times are provided at checkout.

NOEVE is not liable for delays due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For pre-orders, the shipping timeline begins once the product is ready.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (UAE), we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Defective item

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Product not matching the description

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at noeveae@gmail.com with full details and photos.

All other sales are considered final, including sizing or change of mind.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, visuals, and texts, is the property of NOEVE.

It is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

No part of the website may be copied or reused without prior written consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages, delays, or losses arising from the use of our site or services.

We shall not be held liable for third-party platform issues, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
