NOEVE operates under a Free Zone e-commerce license in the United Arab Emirates.
All collections are released in limited quantities through exclusive drops. Our abayas are custom-made in Dubai and shipped from the United Arab Emirates.
1. Pre-orders & Dispatch
Many items are made-to-order or released through limited drops. The estimated dispatch time, if applicable, is indicated on the product page. Orders are processed and shipped once the item is ready.
2. Production & Delivery Timelines
International Orders
- Production (confection): 3 to 7 business days
- Shipping: 5 to 10 business days to the customer’s address
- Tracking details are provided by email once the order has been shipped.
Delivery within the UAE
- Production (confection): 3 to 7 business days
- Shipping: 1 to 3 business days to the customer’s address
Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier operations.
3. High Demand During Drops
During exclusive drops, order volumes may be higher than usual. Processing and dispatch times may be affected. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure the quality of your item.
4. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. NOEVE is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, NOEVE is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the delivery price. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential fees before placing your order.
6. Shipping Disclaimer
All shipping and delivery times are estimates only. NOEVE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, public holidays, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers cannot request refunds or compensation for delayed shipments.
